Unable to talk to a person. Chat suppport must be “automated” as it keeps telling me ” I don’t understand your question” “I’m still learning”.

request for cancellation and refund of one year plan. No phone support available and chat doesn't help. Partial refund would be acceptable but I cant reach anyone.
