Unable to run anything in seiki tv

Actually i tried to run youtube by sigining my google account but unable to sign in. Even in aptoide app i tried to sign up but it says system is in maintainence try again later. But i have tried a lot of time same problem arises. Thank you

》 I have been calling the customer care office during the office hrs whichbthey say is from 7am-7pm PST but whenever i call them at 1 pm or 12:30 pm they say their office is closed . This is ridiculous.
