This is my third and final email requesting a refund and a return shipping label, the purchase was placed on October 16, 2020, my order # OR360****. The Easy Return VIP Service is very misleading. If I do not hear back with a phone call or email with a return label by Friday, November 6, 2020 I will be forced to place a charge back on my credit card and place a review on all of my Social Media outlets with over 1,2360 followers.
