Unable to resolve simple table tennis part problem

Purchased mid-size Stiga ping pong table through Amazon in late November. Escalade is their distributor and agent. The net posts did not properly attach to the table because they were too small. The table itself, otherwise, is well-built and nice to play on. Escalade's answer was to send me the exact same defective part. Several additional e-mails with photos and proof of purchase did not help. Just received different net posts from them for a much bigger table - does not resolve the problem at all. This has been going on for over 2 months. It could have been resolved with a simple phone call to me by a person at Escalade that is knowledgeable of Stiga tables. Very poor experience. User's recommendation: Stay Away.
