Unable to request a RMA# for a refund (incorrect item shipped)

Incorrect item was shipped. Tried to contact them via e-mail twice, 9 days apart and got no answer. E-mail for their "customer service center" is not listed, so I used the e-mail from the original order. No phone # to contact either. User's recommendation: Stay away!
