I have used e-replacement for several years but lately the service has been terrible. I had parts backordered for over a month and finally received them but they were incorrect. I have been calling them for over a week to arrange a return and the phone message states because of COVID and excessive calls, they are not responding by phone, only by email. When I use email, I fill out the form, at the end I am told to contact them which I would do if they would answer the phone. I have tried three times to use email and call 3 separate phone numbers and no one responds. User's recommendation: Don't use them.
