Unable to reach anyone by phone or e-mail re: ordered items returned for exchange and/or credit.
I have been buying from them for years last order placed 3/15/19. I had to call customer service to finally get through to place that order after 4 on hold calls that they disconnected. The order was shipped 3/18/19. I returned items using their return label and packaging/box including copy of the order form (#190744****) and account #204**** and written instructions for exchange or credit on 3/26/19. Today is 4/22/19, I have not received any type of communication from them. I want to know what is going on!! I want my credit for returns and replacement for requested exchanges ASAP. Can anyone help me out here?? The cancer is back and chemo meds too so I have NO hair. Please! Lillian M. Fleischer Strongsville, OH
