I tried to reach someone on their toll-free number, but it was a 30 to 45 minute wait. Today it was a 45-minute wait, so I selected a call back. One hour 15 minutes later I was called back and held on for 35 minutes, so I hung up and called again when someone finally answered she cut me off.
