I am trying to purchase one unit of the your Kuhl wall a/c model ss12n30c. Brandsmart is your local retailer in Miami. They have an order for a few of these units in to Friedrich but have no idea when the order will be filled. Brandsmart won't take back-orders. I called Friedrich customer service to ask about availability of this model, left my phone number but never heard back. This is very frustrating.
