Unable to help because the order was ship to my wife however I was paying. This is second contact, Ulta has committed to return a coupon for 20% off Dyson products so we could reorder. Ulta promised the coupon in 24-48 hrs. It has been over 14 days and have not received coupon. User's recommendation: At this time, Ulta has not lived up to their word.
