Unable to process online rebate

Purchased qualifying 12 packs of beer within the allotted time frame for rebate. All 3 purchases qualify for $5 rebate. Submitted numerous times, thinking that I did wrong. Each time got email saying invalid UPC. Did online chat was told to try different browsers was told to clear cookies, which I did. Tried submitting all my computer, my laptop, and my phone. Also got email following day saying invalid UPC User's recommendation: Do not buy if expecting rebate.
