Unable to process CC payments from day one

Not only is the user interface Inadequate for a restaurant (there are no features to distinguish dine in, carry out, delivery, catering), the ability to process CC payments was NON FUNCTIONAL from day one. We purchased the system 2.5 months prior to our Go Live date and have spent approximately 50% of our operating hours on hold, on the phone, or in chat sessions with customer support. All of this time has gained no adequate solution. In the mean time we have had to manually enter every credit card as the guest waits . Due to this issue a line forms at our service counter, those in the back of the line have turned around and left our business resulting in loss of sales as well as negative image and reviews. We have paid 3 months on a 12 month contract and as of yet ShopKeep refuses to release us from the contract. Class action seems like the way to go.
