Unable to pay my bill or get a manager on the line

Thus is the worst costumer service I ever got. Called in to get a manager because their online system doesn't work and reps keeps transferring me to a line that doesn't recognize my account. (Account provided by golf power). This is the second day i am trying to get a manager in the line to help me and after numerous times getting hung up on or transfer to a line that doesn't work, Jordan hung up on me telling me that if i put a request in a manager will call me . Now that suppose to happen yesterday. They are not train properly, do not provide real expectations times for a call back. They lie, and they are eager to get you to the automated line to get you of their phone.or even better they hung up on you because they don't have the patience to deal with an upset costumer. I need a manager to call me Asap. I will put a negative review on each site that i know if i don't get a call. This is unbelievable, training has negative 5 stars from me, and management has negative 10 stars. I have never requested a manager and not got one at any point. And normally i do not request one, but this situation was just unbelievable. Gulf power i have no words for you..
