I have been trying to get my furnace checked and my concern for a possible gas leak and have not been able to reach someone. I've called every day for a week and the line goes dead after holding for longer than 45 minutes. I've been scheduled several times and no one showed up. This is unacceptable. I will hold this company accountable if something happens to my home. I will share my dissatisfaction on social media. User's recommendation: Do not get this service. I have no rating of this company.
