I have the Christus Bronze Plan 2019, plan summary benefits clearly state that generic prescriptions are $10 and the deductible does not apply. My ID card also says generic prescriptions are $10 and I can't get my generic antibiotic with this plan or my generic Estrogen patch this needs to change. According to Express Scripts they don't have any information on this plan. Christus Health Plan and Express Scripts need to honor the plan coverage, just terrible.
