Unable to Get Online Password Reset

I got locked out of my online account 11/17/2020 while trying to use my 50% off reward. I made several calls to customer service, each telling me they will forward the request and it will take 24-48 hours to receive the password reset email. Still waiting. I have not had any other issues prior to this and since the pandemic, I have been doing a lot of online food orders. Definitely not good customer service! User's recommendation: Don't forget your password!!!!
