unable to get balance resolved and get artwork

In November 2019 we were VIP attendees to a Park West Gallery Cruise on the Celebrity Equinox. On this cruise, we bought 5 paintings. One painting was on a credit card and the other 4 were financed thru Park West Gallery. We made the initial down payment and they started charging our credit card a monthly payment in January. When COVID happened, I became financially concerned and called Park West. They said I could not get any money back that I had paid, but we could cancel 2 paintings that hadn't been paid for leaving a smaller balance. They stopped charging my credit card, but, it is now 4 months later and they have around $6000 towards paintings at this point. I have called and e-mailed multiple times and they just keep telling me its taking longer to process. I'm not sure what my next step is. All I want to do is pay my balance and get my paintings. Or, a refund.
