UNABLE TO GET A REAL PERSON TO HELP ME

I HAVE A VARIABLE APPRECIABLE WHOLE LIFE POLICY WITH PRU AND WOULD LIKE TO CHECK MY BENEFICIARIES. WE ARE PUTTING TOGETHER A WILL AND I NEED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS STRAIGHT. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT STUCK IN THE LOOP AND IT SAYS IT CANNOT HELP ME. WHEN I GET A REAL PERSON THEY SEND ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAME THING. WHEN I TELL A REAL PERSON THE PROBLEM WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY "SORRY, IT'S THE ONLY NUMBER I CAN GIVE YOU". WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH THE ABILITY TO ASSIST? User's recommendation: CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT I THINK OF PRUDENTIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
