Unable to fulfill online orders for pick up

Ordered thru the app. Couldnt order what I wanted. People coming through the drive-through received the orders quickly and were able to order items that were not available online. Not worth using the online app. The organization has not done a good job to move to online ordering. User's recommendation: Do not order on line for pick up.
