Unable to contact Rakuten for assistance with password reset. Keep being told to sign in for help but unable to do so.

I have been having trouble with the email service I have been using and can't seem to receive the code being send to change password. Would like to use another email address for this account but unable to sign in to do this. VERY FRUSTRATING. User's recommendation: this is a great service until you try to talk with a person or have a personal chat.
