Unable to contact customer care for checking airticket status, due to change in email address used for ticket booking despite all payments made

I used Travelgenio for booking air tickets under code RSEWIZ with my office email id vikram.[protected]@de.ey.com and had made all the payments. Due to COVID situation my email ID got changed to vikram.[protected]@de.ey.com and since the old email id used for booking got disabled I am unable to communication to travelgenio despite trying their fax, or repeatedly sendly emails to customer care. As I have made all the payments i.e. in access of 1800 euros Travelgenio's customer support service is very poor
