For the last two days trying to get a hold of eco water company been on the phone on hold for several hours and no luck left messages, no return calls contacted Costco they sent a message will be getting back to me hopefully in 48 hours meanwhile we have no drinking water !! Would not recommend this company so many issues!!! And this is through Costco! User's recommendation: Do not purchase!!!
