Unable to change my address, Their web site does not work and their service support are incompetent

For a week I tried to use their web site but each time got a message this function is not working try later, when I called their 800 number i waited 15 minutes and got a support person who did not know what to do (or did not want to do it) User's recommendation: so not use Toyota financial.
