Unable to cancel online order – no *** or ability to speak with mgr

I placed an order online on 8/2 for a dresser. After being unable to have the item delivered timely I called to cancel the order. The representative was unable to complete this request online and stated it needed to be done by another department and that I would receive a call back. Four hours later after no return call I placed a second call. This time I was told that it was 'in process' and that I would get a return call. When I asked if it would be in the same day the representative was unable to state when the call back would occur or how long it would take to process an online order cancellation. I asked to speak with a manager and surprisingly one was unavailable. It should not take multiple phone calls and longer than a business day to cancel an online order. Suffice it to say I feel as though they are trying to avoid processing my refund.
