Unable to cancel movers online.

Will not Allow me to cancel order. Have tried numerous times today. Local U-Haul stores unable to assist. Please cancel job and credit my account Job # JB-086FB887 sched for 10/17 $365.95 I did notify agent Jay movers of my cancellation and my Unsuccessful attempts to cancel online
