Unable to cancel Directvnow due to website integration with AT&T website

Unable to login to my account and access the account management module. This prevented me from cancelling my account. No phone support with DTVNOW so you have to rely on a dead end virtual help assistant who never responds. Spent over three hours on website trying to resolve the problem without any support from DTVNOW Finally resorted to calling AT&T support and an agent in the Philippines was able to login to my actual DTVNOW account and see the errors I was receiving. She spent 51 minutes with me and managed to get me to a different virtual assistant. That assistant never answered a single request from me . dead silence. Worst website ever customer support is apparently an overhead expense they decided to cut
