Unable to book?

I have been online and on the phone since December 14th. I have been trying to book my trip to Greece. Phone calls are not returned, I have also been on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnected. I keep getting the excuse that the finance department's computer is being upgraded. I would think that the owners of this company would want to fix this problem. The bad press that they are getting has to effect their bottom line. I don't know why it would take an entire month to upgrade. I am not booking with them since I am afraid that I will be left high and dry, with another computer problem.
