My daughter was forced to create a new "My ACT" account. None of her previous three years of testing transferred to her new/blank ACT account. I'm sure that a lot of other parents have been through this nightmare. Being on hold for 3 hrs to talk to someone that uses english as a second language, and can only read recommendations from a cue card. User's recommendation: Have a free day and no expectation of any positive results.
