Un-ehtical to Costco members!

With the highest membership level at Costco, this company had failed to deliver the product within the SLA terms bound to them by Costco. Not only this, Abbyson Living had no idea where the product ordered was located for 3-4 weeks. Then once they found it, they claimed it was due to "holiday orders". Discussions during these 3-4 weeks were before, during and after Christmas; before, during and after New Years. It wasn't until mid-January they came up with the reason. Once found, Abbyson Living chose to minimize their actions by not accepting responsibility, acknowledging they made an error, and not being truthful. Not being truthful to the customer, but also not being truthful to Costco as a vendor. Abbyson Living still has not and won't accept responsibility for their actions; to me as a customer or to Costco. Should you choose to do business with this company, be warned - this company manipulates, lies, deceives and promotes this within their business practices, from what they've shown me as a customer and their contract through Costco.
