Gas was shut off on Thursday (yesterday). I immediately called and made a significant payment. Called in the confirmation number. "Appointment" scheduled for friday between 8am - 8pm. (That's RIDICULOUS btw. ) Customer service told me specifically to look for "restricted" or "blocked" number and be sure to answer it. Watched my phone all day. Finally ar 7:33pm, called to see if they were still.coming. "oh yes. We've had a lot of emergencies. Sorry for the delay. We will still be there." Nobody came. Call dispatch at 11:00pm. "Sorry. They cant come until monday. Looks like a tech called you but you didnt answer." "Ive watched my phone ALL day, prepared to.run home when needed. No.blocked calls ever showed up. And no messages. So now you are telling me I am plum out of luck until monday???" " yes, I understand. Sorry ma'am. Nothing I can do." That's just a large load of CRAP. Don't say you're sorry. That's a slap in the face!! DO BETTER. This is unbelievably unacceptable. Customers should not be put through the ringer and made to suffer because this company cant get it together enough to have service calls on weekends. Are you kidding me?! It's a service to keep homes running. Do our homes take a break on the weekends??? Uhhh, no. Neither should this service. Very obvious they don't value the actual PEOPLE who rely on them.
