Went to UPS store in Duluth, MN to ship a couple of items because I was running short on time. Cost me $39 to ship a 4# item and $47 to ship a 5# item. Didnt realize the cost until I gave them a $100 bill and got basically a few bucks back. I said where is the rest of the money and they gave me a receipt. I asked for my money back and they said sorry we cant now that the labels have been printed. They were shipped USPS.i will NEVER go back to this store or any other UPS store again. Im hoping that BBB will help me.
