UK Size 12 not made

I have been given a gift card to the value of £210 to design my own Timberland boots only to be informed by the website that size 12 is not an available size. Spoke to customer services and was told that they cannot refund the gift card even though it has not been used and they do not offer my size in their 6 inch boots. This is a joke.
