If I could provide a lower than 1 star rating I certainly would. I have used this company for over 6+ years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on t-shirts provided by ooshirts. However, upon being promised a delivery date, the date was not met, I was not notified, I spent a whole day on the phone trying to find out where my shirts are. Finally I was told the shirts are still being printed and there is no way to know when the shirts will be shipped or delivered. I am now stuck with 300+ customers expecting a shirt and no way of obtaining the shirts or knowing when they will arrive. Upon pressing customer service they were EXTREMELY unhelpful and would only offer 25% off of my next purchase (Which I will never be placing with this company again) and no answers, options, or solutions. I am completely at a loss and now have no way of providing these tshirts to the my customers in time. Terrible service, terrible response time, un-kept guarantees. Seriously, this company should be called uh-ohshirts.com
