UDS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS!
My Pkg was picked up from Old Navy and tracking said it was in my local post office. That was 2 weeks ago. Post office does not have the pkg. I called UDS and got the worst customer service treatment - wasted 30mins of my life that I will never get back. Now tracking shows "no tracking information available". Called Old Navy, they offered refund. How convenient?! But how utterly annoying of both companies?!
