My name is Kalyan Roy Chowdhury from Howrah, West Bengal, India. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in I opted for premium Membership on 15th August 2018. But surprising, i find that my account has been debited 2 times on same day for Rs. 2654.60, 1 time for Rs. 441.95, 1 time for Rs.515.28. I just want to know why an amount of Rs. 2654.60 has been deducted 2 times. I want to cancel my Membership. Please let me know the procedure to cancel.
