Two stories one claim department

Blue cross denied payment on out of network medical supply co. I get that. I called claims office and claims department ( which they had a record of ) told me if I would submit claim forms that they mailed me and return post dated in 2018 that they would reimburse 50 % of my money even though that the provider was out of network but when I called back 3 weeks later to ck on claims a very rude Trey D told me a different story and said he wasn’t going to pay anything so I talked to his equally rude supervisor Terrel who showed where I called and who I talk to but informed me he wasn’t even going to ask them about our conversations and then told me if I didn’t like it appeal it. You can’t get that good of service just anywhere for $ 1100.00 a month.
