Two problems so far…. hopefully I can pick up pictures

First problem: jcpenney portrait personel coldly tell me on phone that if I do not come before end of year they will shred my portraits. I am confused: I was at portrait studio two weeks prior to them telling me this getting portraits taken and was told they would mail...
