Two orders were canceled and automatically charged anyway

Dear Staples Administrator, I am writing this because I would like to cancel two orders that were apparently canceled by you and charged to my credit card anyways. I have made the same order three times, the first time it was canceled by you and did not notify me or give me a reason, so I placed another order and got canceled it as well, and yet the money from both orders was charged. After the second order was canceled I reordered it and apparently there was no more cash left on the card. That's when I realized that the canceled orders had been charged in the same way. So I would like to just leave one order, and get the money back. There are the ID’s of the orders I would like to cancel: The first one: 982222**** The second one: 982240**** And this is the one I would like to keep: 982241**** Anny Vargas.
