Order placed on December 6, 2020. It is now February 2021. I have called and pressed every extension available. There is no response and the line hangs up after a few minutes. I have tried emailing, live chatting and leaving voice messages. There is NEVER a response from the company. I called the number to place an order and the agent who answered said they only take orders. They dont know how to (or just wont) connect you to a manager or someone in charge. (all lies). I called the ordering number again at a different time and a different agent answered. She supposedly took my information to send to the warehouse. When I asked her to read it back to me for accuracy, she said oh, I just hit send and its gone already. (again, all lies). This company will quickly answer for placing an order and taking your money. They WILL NOT ANSWER CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS TO INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR ORDER. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM KALORIK. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. User's recommendation: Do not order from these scammers and liers.
