On 9/4/16, I made an online order directly to MyHandy360.com for two mini-drones at a charge of $109.00 charged directly and collected from my bank account. Last week I contacted them regarding the delay in delivery, within a few days I got back an email assuring me that my order would be sent soon, and then today I received an email telling me that because of PayPal, my monry is gone and I will not be receiving anything, and that in order to get a refund I needed to go to PayPal, my bank, or somebody else who I did not place an order for their product with. This email was from: [protected]@myhandy360.com, which read: You are receiving this email because you made a recent order at our website, myhandy360.com. "Regretfully, we will not be able to fulfil your order. When you submitted your payment, including the money added to your order for shipping and handling, the funds were received by our merchant account provider, PayPal. Unfortunately, as of September 8th 2016, Paypal decided to close our account and restricted access to our funds. This means that while thousands of orders are packaged and ready to go, it is not possible for us to ship them. Because of this restriction from PayPal, we are also unable to process any refunds. In order to receive a full refund for your purchase, we believe the most efficient course of action would be for you to submit a dispute or chargeback directly with PayPal, your Bank, Or Credit Card Issuer. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
