Ordered a pair of heels on-line that I was needing for an event. When I received the shoes, I received 2 left shoes and two different sized shoes. Customer service was not helpful and told me I needed to return them prior to them sending me a replacement. The fastest would be for me to go to a store and return them. I ordered them on-line for a reason. No compensation for the trouble, only more hassle.
