I rented two movies from Redbox, The Hunt and Becky. Becky had chips in the disc and wouldn't play. I called several times trying to talk to an actual person, not the robot asking me if I'm a robot. Finally, success! I got through. Yay, the lady I talked to was super rude. She kept asking me the same questions about the disc, kept repeating my credit card info out loud, she then told me my Blu-ray player just probably needed to update. On and on I went with her. After all was said and done I got a promo code for another movie which was also broken. I'm not trying to be a Karen but damn. Check your movies!! Please switch out the scratched and broken. User's recommendation: Rent at your own risk.
