I have had many poor experiences dealing with these people. I ever offered to help them... Fist the new program is far worse the the last progema they re-designed. i've called 3 times before Dec 10. Until I sensed they wanted US USERS to test for them.. YOU call they ask to fill out all the stuff to snoop into your account. The they ask you exactly what is wrong, but they can't test it themselves because they have no test account,m they want to test with YOUR account? The Original program which i started using in early 2000's worked fine.. never had a problem until 2-3 years ago when they changed it,. now it's unusable. going to TVG or Bet America. I cannot use betfair in my state... Other complains do not trust their PDF.. A disaster , they have rules and you are hostage to it.. for example that Summary page where they have avg ep1,EP2 stuff. they apply rules it's not raw data. such as distance.. is it eact distance, *** if I know. all I know is there rules eliminate figures... don't believe me look at the pace/spd figs of individual races vs that summary... in addition the guy who wrote the PP single file format IS *** DEAD, NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO CHANGE IT... I USED IT FOR GP LAST SATURDAY MY PROGRAM BLEW UP ON ALL THE LATIN RACES.. AND ONLY ONE PERSON SOME GIRL MANAGER HAD AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE DATA THEY PRESENT., I DOUBT SHE'S THERE ANYMORE. SHE SUGGEST A BRIS RATING 20 POINTS HIGHER THAN EVERYONE. I LAUGHED ON LIKE THE 1-9. GOT IT. I COULD WRITE A BOOK.,.. THING IS THE $1 PP SINGLE FILE FORMAT IS THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN. I
