Why have you not got a phone number so customers can contact you? I've been tracking my order & since December 4th it hasn't moved, it says Beijing airport and left. If it's left Beijing airport on the 4th it's now the 9th how is it that it's not reached it's next destination yet?????? I understand you use the slowest form of delivery but it's very annoying when I can't contact anyone with my issue.
