Complaint Description: I placed a bet on the twin spires app. Bet accepted, money taken out of my account. I hit the bet, no winnings were ever added to my account. I placed a pick 4 bet on the twin spires app on august 28, 2020. Bet was accepted, monies removed from my account. After several hours of no winning payout, I began emailing twin spires. After several weeks of back and forth with twin spires customer service, they said they could not payout the $292 winnings due to their technical difficulties in reaching the tote at the palm beach track. User's recommendation: Plenty of other betting site options. Beware Twin Spires as they can refuse to payout winning bets.
