I am a provider with 5 star reviews and instead of rewarding my hard work they push me away even when I lowered my rates to nothing. They want to keep their *** crews driving around in 20 year old Honda civics for progressive, State Farm, California casualty, roadside assistance. At this point I’m just holding on so I can charge them $300 for all calls - if your a SP and tired of the *** they put you through don’t worry stay contracted, when they really need you tell them you want minimum 3-4x your contracted rate on a credit card before you leave anywhere. If they won’t pay then *** em they can find someone else.
