TV remote is nonfunctional within one month of delivery and not replaced after paasing 44 days

I have called so many times at Hisense customer care number regarding the replacement of remote, I always received the same answer that you will receive new remote within 2-5 days and your complain has been escalated to a higher authority for early resolution. But after the passing 44 days, I have not received a new remote and never received any call from Hisense regarding any update on the complaint. User's recommendation: Do not purchase any product from Hisense due to poor service.
