We logged a call on customer care regarding white screen of Sony TV but 2 months going to be passed Sony engineer taken more amount 2 times and solucation not done having kids suffering due to this we had loss of comfort up to bad levels if solucation will not be given will file in consumer court soon Why proper services not given? Why all the time customer care not having solucation? Why order Part costing less and taken double amount from engineer? Why secount order pleased and cost told was 2 to 3 thousand but as we keep on calling engineer told part will be costing 17000 rs how come ? Will wait for next 48 hours if solucation not given will request to consumer care court and see you Sony soon User's recommendation: Do not buy Sony products.
