On 6.10.20 we had a new Sony tv delivered and installed. After the installer had left we unable to receive any NT programmes and the main tv menu would only show no info available we had to click through every programme to find the one we need. Contacted John Lewis on 24. 10 20 and they are sending assistance on 30th
