I am writing you to tell you what a terrible experience I just had in your massapequa location. I thought my fiancé and I would take a Saturday to look at tuxes at a few different places. From the second we walked in we told the salesman we were getting married in October; he shrugged and threw us a grin. We figured, "Okay, no big deal Then I feel a tap on my shoulder and the salesman tells me, "Bridal parties are coming in and we can't help you here," as he walked us towards the door. It truly disappoints me coming from a sales background when salesmen aren't trained properly in customer service, which then essentially loses them business. If you have private bridal party showings and/or fittings, perhaps a sign on the door would suffice. It's a shame because I was impressed with the quality of the tuxedos that you had on display. I am planning on having my Tux custom made and renting another 6 for my groomsman. As much as I liked your selections I would never step foot in your store again.
